Secondly, for a team, creation can increase its efficiency. Thirdly, this kind of spirit can help the society develop faster and faster, so that there are more and more new things which can enrich our daily life.

　　酸

　　我入門的情況下，只聽到老師用我聽不懂的英文來問好大家，我一下就暈頭暈?zāi)X了，但我只能跟隨老師，看見書，了解一個(gè)單詞算一個(gè)，再把一個(gè)一個(gè)語句了解，由于如果不那樣，就相當(dāng)于浪費(fèi)了那巨額的培訓(xùn)費(fèi)。聽著老師一個(gè)個(gè)單詞如流水般從口中滴下來：哪些“三克油（Thank you）”，哪些“哈羅單車（Hello）”，哪些“估的'摸林（Goodmorning）”……搞得我頭暈?zāi)X脹，啼笑皆非。這“酸酸”的覺得可真難受呀！

　　暑期我出入了英語音標(biāo)班和單詞班，打好啦一定的基本，原本我要學(xué)好多個(gè)童話劇才可以進(jìn)到鋼琴考級(jí)班，可是老師見我跟得快，應(yīng)當(dāng)能夠追上她們，因此 我也“跳級(jí)”了。聽見這一信息，我內(nèi)心的哪個(gè)甜呀，比樂不可支還樂不可支！

　　但是好景不常，由于我的膽量較小，因此 老師提出問題叫我回應(yīng)時(shí)，我焦慮不安無比，答起來支支吾吾，眼巴巴令人看熱鬧，并且有幾日身體不適，課也沒聽進(jìn)來，還被老師“K”了一頓——訓(xùn)了一頓，之后老師了解真實(shí)情況了，就要我保重身體，快點(diǎn)兒好起來。落下來的課全是媽媽幫我補(bǔ)的。這苦味道真是比不加糖的現(xiàn)磨咖啡還苦！

　　歷經(jīng)和老師學(xué)生們長期交往，我逐漸融入了這兒的生活，回應(yīng)干干脆脆，提出問題急急忙忙，伸手積極主動(dòng)，每一次打游戲都把臉蛋玩得紅通通，也受老師“寵溺”，全部一個(gè)“辣妹子”。

　　當(dāng)同學(xué)們都坐好位置安靜后，老師用他流利的英文向我們介紹了自己，接著進(jìn)入了今天的主題，他用字正腔圓英文向我們介紹了電影《瘋狂動(dòng)物城》，告訴我們這部電影于20xx年在中國電影院上映，電影中的一些情節(jié)和人物的設(shè)定是和現(xiàn)實(shí)中動(dòng)物世界相仿的裝束。比如電影中的獅子市長與公牛警長。獅子是叢林之王，所以獅子是市長，而在自然界中，只有公牛敢和獅子對(duì)抗，所以在電影中，公牛作為警長去抓捕獅子市長。

　　老師又向我們介紹了電影中的好幾個(gè)主要主角動(dòng)物們，告訴了我們這些動(dòng)物的英文標(biāo)準(zhǔn)讀音讀法。接著，老師準(zhǔn)備給我們放了幾個(gè)小短片叫同學(xué)們認(rèn)真看仔細(xì)聽，看完要求并向我們提問，詢問我們短片中的人物，和短片中所說的故事情節(jié)等。

　　在影片中，食肉動(dòng)物與食草動(dòng)物和平共處，狐貍和兔子成了最好的朋友，這也是電影所表達(dá)的`制片人的心愿，希望動(dòng)物和平共處，不互相傷害，希望人們也互幫互助。

　　老師還教了我們一首叫《Try everything》的英文歌曲，在老師的帶動(dòng)下，同學(xué)們都很興奮地跟著老師唱這首英文歌，老師還叫幾個(gè)同學(xué)上臺(tái)一起唱。

　　Should Graduates Spend Much on Job Hunting? Nowadays college graduates spend more and more money on job hunting. According to a recent survey, almost every graduate spends some money on finding a job. And clothing, transportation, resumes producing and training expense are the main aspects that cost them a lot of money.

　　As to this phenomenon, different people have different views. Some say it is necessary for graduates to spend money in producing embellished resumes and buying suitable clothes, which can give interviewers a good impression and increase their chance of success. However, others dont think so. They argue that the high expenditure can increase their parents financial burden since most students have no regular income. Apart from that, the decorated resumes do little help to find a job because most HR managers pay more attention to skills.

　　In my opinion, there is nothing wrong for graduates to invest some money on job hunting. But they should bear in mind that it is their knowledge, skills as well as experience that matter a lot. So they must have a rational attitude toward what they should buy and how much money they should spend.
