　　I used to feel pressured to do well in exams. I was so afraid of falling behind that I kept thinking about studying every minute of the day. The pressure made me out of breath. To my disappointment, the more worried I was about my studies, the less efficient I became.

　　Later, I realized I just took pressure too seriously. So I tried taking things easy by taking part in various activities out of class, enjoying music and even daydreaming about fun things. To my delight, this worked! Gradually, I became less anxious about exams and began to take pleasure in my studies.

　　Pressure cannot be avoided. What counts is how to deal with it properly, and above all, how to turn it into pleasure or challenge.

　　無情的鈴聲響了,考場中寂靜如墳,大地上的空氣仿佛霎時間凝固了.我,面對那張冷冰冰的試卷,低聲哀嘆.

　　因為這是第一次英語考試,沒有一點經(jīng)驗,所以我開始犯難了,我想給監(jiān)考老師肚子疼,一好逃過一劫,5分鐘過去了........10分鐘過去了........經(jīng)過我大腦的激烈斗爭,我決定賭一把.盡管筆試部分已經(jīng)做完了,但我的心仍象兔子一樣,好象馬上就會蹦出來.我試圖讓自己平靜下來.可是無論怎樣都做不到.我目不轉(zhuǎn)睛的盯在試卷上.偶爾看看正在做試卷的同學們,只見同學們也眉頭緊鎖,屏聲呼氣.為了使我在人生的第一次成績,所以我大膽的'決定再重新做一遍,說干就干,我將寫過的答米毫秒度案一題題全部都給擦了，剛開始做的時候,還算順利,可漸漸的我便陷入思考的圓圈中,怎么跳都跳不出來.時間一分一秒的流逝.眼見就要收試卷了,我趕忙隨便填了一個答案教了上去.卷子被收走了.我的心也提到了喉嚨眼.....................

　　試卷發(fā)下來了,同學們都歡天喜地炫耀著成績,但我低低藏藏,我只考了80分.哎,真如大人們的一句話呀;專頭不顧腚啊!

　　雖然我的成績并不怎么好,但是第一次英語考試,謝謝你,你讓我勇敢的邁出第一步,戰(zhàn)勝了我自己.戰(zhàn)勝了我對英語的恐懼!

　　星期一，學校大門附近鋪上了一條長長的紅毯來迎接我們，我們所有人都穿了靚麗、最特殊的服裝，有些人穿的是形態(tài)各異的動漫人物服裝；有些人穿了蘊含濃郁中國風的古裝；有的人穿的.是其它國家的服裝；我們班里有人穿了蜘蛛俠的服裝；有人穿的是日本人的服裝；有人穿的是哈利波特的服裝；而我卻穿了件風度翩翩的紅色西裝，特別神氣。昔日里一直關(guān)著的大屏幕上出現(xiàn)了一張紅毯的圖片。我剛到就看見一大群人在學校門口，不知道為什么被堵在外面，有些人焦急地問旁邊的人：“為什么不讓我們進去�。俊倍鴮W校里，紅毯兩側(cè)，好多人端著照相機準備拍照，像準備打仗一樣。好多人蜂擁而上，只要一個人走過就有一臺照相機閃一下，今天早上，不知閃了多少下。

　　升旗儀式時，MISS姚教我們繞口令，我就像剛學會說話一般牙牙學語，這可真有趣呀。之后，全班學生跟隨著音樂開始跳交誼舞，我變成了一個小紳士。還邊唱歌邊跳舞。

　　僅僅周一的活動便令人難忘，這下我更期待接下來幾天的活動了呢。

　　the bird cage fell down to the ground knocking the bird cage's door open. the bird then flew away. so the cat started to chase the bird and the dog chased the cat. however the bird flew on top of the tree. so the cat started to climb the tree and the dog barked at the cat. before the cat could reach the bird, the bird flew away. this caused the cat to fall out of the tree.

　　the dog then ran away, the bird quickly flew back into his cage and the man from the house carried him safely home.
