老北京的春節(jié)廟會
春節(jié)，俗稱過年，除一般年俗外，廟會則為舊時北京過年的主要習俗。除了人們所熟悉的廠甸之外，五顯財神廟(初二至十六)、東岳廟(初一至十五)、白云觀(初一至十九)都是有名的廟會，最富有北京過年的特色。

One day, an old man came to their rescue, offering to subdue Nian.
