　　a picture hangs on the wall facing mr. smiths desk. in front of the picture are a sofa and a coffee table. there is a chair on each side of the coffee table. the storage room is in the southwest of the office. there are three cabinets in which files are kept. the office is neat and clean. it is a good place for work.

　　羅老師在課上很嚴(yán)厲。記得三年級時的一節(jié)英語課，我僅有的'一塊橡皮掉在了桌子下面，我正要彎腰去撿。這時，羅老師看見了，她連忙對我說："不許撿！"當(dāng)時，我以為羅老師是非常不近人情的人。后來我明白了，羅老師是讓我上課時集中注意力。正因為有這件事，正因為羅老師的教誨，我的聽力題一直做得都不錯。
