　　House of Cards is the story of Frank Underwood, a member of USA congress, and his wife, Claire Underwood, initiate an elaborate plan to get the power in Washington. D.C. At the beginning, Frank help Garrett Walker won the election, and in return, Walker promises to appoint him as secretary of state. However, when Walker become the new president, he broken his words, Frank feel angry about it and he decide to gain power for himself. Frank begin to cooperate with Zoe Barnes, a young political reporter. Meanwhile, he also manipulates Peter Russo, a troubled congressman. With the help of Zoe and Peter, Frank let Senator Catherine Durant who replaced Michael Kern as the new candidate of the secretary of state.
