　　P3: extreme sport is a challenging entertainment formed from the interaction between nature and human, which let us developing our full body and spiritual potential at a big extent by modern technology and instruments. The spirit of extreme sports is not only “higher faster and stronger”, but also “participation entertainment and bravery”. So countries in the word call it “ the future spots”。

　　P4: From the picture we can see the extreme sports can be divided into land sea and air three areas. In the sea area, it includes the drift, motorboat, white-water caonoeing, water skiing, surfing etc. Then land area mainly refer to the roller skating, skateboarding,BMX.

　　Last air area mainly refer to Bungee jumping, a parachute jump, hot air balloon。

　　P5:Now let me introduce 4 kinds of extreme sports .there is bungee jumping,climbing,BMX,surfing.

　　P6:bungee jumping is an activity that involves jumping from a tall structure while connected to a large elastic cord.the tall structure is usually a fixed object, such as a building, bridge or crane; but it is also possible to jump from a movable object,such as a hot-air-balloon. The thrill comes from the free falling and the rebound.when you falling down, the cord stretches and the jumper flies upwards again.so up and down you will feel like heaven.so did someone have done this?(yes,how do you feel ? Where did you do this)(no,if you have a chance to do this ,try it).

　　P7: Climbing is the activity of using one’s hands,feet,or any other part of the body to ascend a steep object. It is done indoors or outdoors,on natural or manmade structures.it has many types like ice climbing (as far as i know in 1921 a British team success on the bead jose rama peak,and in 1960 a Chinese team success on the bead jose rama peak),indoors climbing competition,traditional climbing.etc

　　P8:BMX is short for bike motocross.BMX began in the early 1970s when children began racing their bicycles on dirt tracks in southern California.Due to the single game in the mud,then began to take BMX to the ground,and play more fancy than skateboard ,jump higher and more exciting. P9: the last one is surfing ,surfing in the waves,you need to use their own skill and balance .surfing originated in Australia. Because of the sea around Australia,so Australia person particularly fond of surfing.if you want to surfing in china, riyuewan in hainan province is the best place.

　　P10:The last part is the popularity of extreme sports. Why the extreme sports become more and more popular? I summed up in three aspects:first is the work press,then is the desire for new stimulus,last one is enjoying the nature. With the fast pace of life, work pressure is heavier,it makes people’s activity space smaller. So people cannot feel the originoal stimulus. People choose the extreme sport to release the pressure. 　　A lizard can be a very amazing animal. It can camouflage, and not to be seen. Some kinds in Africa or China can even switch colors. Besides camouflaging and color changing, some even have super strength; some always appears in the stories; like this one:

　　A boy once found an egg, and didn’t know what was in it, so he left it in his room to keep it safe. he thought that it might be a chicken or a duck… Just as he was about to speak up, he found out that he was wrong, for the egg hatched, and out came a little green guy; and that was the first lizard in the world.

　　The boy found out about this of course, and was not pleased at all. He thought that it was just what was on the TV show, a toy egg, except for its move. It was an alive toy, but the boy didn’t notice that it was actually an animal. When he was just about to send him away to sell and earn money, he only found his regular toys on the ground, but not the lizard. The lizard used its camouflage.

　　As you see, a lizard, like the one in the story, can use the camouflage to save its life. Now let us continue this story:

　　The boy was astonished. He turned back, and then turned to where the lizard stood, Luckily he found it. He thought this was a sort of magic trick. At last he went to watch TV because he thought that he could find out something about that lizard. But he found his feet stuck under a big shelf. Suddenly he found the lizard come here, and lift up the toy easily. The lizard used its super strength.
