　　I like the holidy so much. I look forward to holiday every year. Last summer, I went to Shen zhen for my holiday, which is also a city of seashore like Haikou. I enjoyed having a walk along the beach after supper or having a swim in the afternoon. The sky is blue, the air is fersh. Wherever you go, You can always see the green trees, the neat grasses and the colourful flowers. They were really wonderful. Shen Zhen has a lot of tall buildings. And it is a modern city. I am planning to spend my summer holiday on sports this year. Playing basketball is always my favourite, so some of my classmates and I will form a small team and play basketball together. Sometimes we may have a match against some other teams and I do enjoy the sense when we win the game. If you ask me what my favourite summer holiday will be like, traveling aound the only answer. I hope that one day I could meet different people and vist different places of interest. I wish I could have two long holidays in a year, what about you?

　　她1米65的勻稱身材，披著微卷的長發(fā)，常穿著高跟鞋的她走起路來像個女兵似的精神煥發(fā)。她的皮膚粗糙且微黑，加上高挺的'鼻梁和大大的嘴巴，使她走在校園里像是為外籍教師。沒錯，她就是我們的 英語老師信老師，她可是位地地道道的中國人。

　　從前，我不喜歡英語甚至厭惡英語，但從三年級開始，也就是從信老師教我們班英語課，我就漸漸喜歡上了英語，發(fā)現(xiàn)英語是一門很有趣的課程。

　　以前學(xué)英語最怕記單詞，從來都是死記硬背，但是信老師能夠用各種各樣的方法讓我們記住每個單詞。比如“strong”念“死壯”，意思是強(qiáng)壯，信老師為了讓我們記住它，說：“這個人‘死’都要強(qiáng) ‘壯’，能不強(qiáng)壯嗎？所以‘強(qiáng)壯’用英語念做‘死狀’”。雖然引來我們一陣大笑，但“strong”這個單詞被我們永遠(yuǎn)的記住了。

　　在學(xué)習(xí)“but”這個單詞時，信老師先在黑板上復(fù)習(xí)以前學(xué)過的單詞“bus”，帶領(lǐng)同學(xué)們念一遍，然后將“bus”中的“s”改為“t”，讓同學(xué)們自己試著讀，同學(xué)們很快就讀出了正確讀音，同樣深深記 在腦海中。

　　信老師這種玩中帶學(xué)，學(xué)中帶玩的獨特教育方法令我們班的英語成績直線上升，幾乎次次考試都位居年級第一，這更令我們“士氣大增”，對英語課尤為喜愛。

　　我們更喜歡信老師，不僅因為她充滿智慧，更因為她平易近人，和藹可親。平時下課，我們經(jīng)常圍著信老師向她提出一些學(xué)習(xí)上甚至生活上的問題，她都會耐心地一一解答，直到我們獲得滿意的答案 ，她才微笑著離去。

　　我不明白，為什么英語會是和語文數(shù)學(xué)一樣重要的學(xué)科，學(xué)習(xí)語文可以提高分析，閱讀，寫作能力，可以讓我們在各種美好的，離奇的，勵志的故事海洋里徜徉，學(xué)習(xí)數(shù)學(xué)可以提高我們的思維能力，解決生活中遇到的實際問題，就算學(xué)個歷史，也可以讓我們知道中國上下五千年的光輝事跡，學(xué)習(xí)地理也可以讓我們不出門便可領(lǐng)略祖國的.大好河山......學(xué)習(xí)英語呢？我不反對，生活中我們確實會遇到一些英文說明書，標(biāo)志什么的，但也不至于把英語上升到和語文數(shù)學(xué)一樣的高度。

　　為了英語能考出好成績，幾乎每個家長都使出渾身解數(shù)，把自己的孩子推到各種輔導(dǎo)班。浪費了大量的人力物力，還有時間�？蛇@對邊遠(yuǎn)山區(qū)的孩子公平嗎？外公所在的小學(xué)根本就沒有英語課，就是想上英語輔導(dǎo)班，也找不到地方。外公經(jīng)常說：真不明白，為什么一個外國的語言卻決定著很多中國的孩子能不能上好大學(xué)，真是國家的可悲。是呀，農(nóng)村的孩子到中學(xué)才開始上英語課，我們卻已經(jīng)在輔導(dǎo)班把初中的英語課程學(xué)完了。農(nóng)村的孩子出生便倒在了英語的起跑線上，可悲，可嘆。

　　我不反對學(xué)英語，英語也絕不應(yīng)該和我們的語文數(shù)學(xué)同比，可以和歷史，地理這樣的小學(xué)科并列，這樣既可以把我們的傳統(tǒng)文化發(fā)揚(yáng)光大，也給了山區(qū)，農(nóng)村邊遠(yuǎn)地區(qū)孩子一個和我們站在同一起跑線的機(jī)會。
