In high school, my the worst subject just math. I hated it vastly, especial trigonometry, because there are many problems which need to think in logic. Plus I was so lazy to make much practices that my grades had been so terrible.
At large, everyone wanted to give me up because of my terrible condition. But my math teacher, Mr Li, still want to try his best to change me. He told me many interesting ways to solve problems in life, which let me learn much. Maybe math was not as boring as I imagined. Hence, I started to study it hard for changing my terrible past. I know the importance of math. The math to one what water is to fish.
At length, I got a good grade. I was very grateful for my math teacher, I knew my debt to him is beyond to measure.

“百家講壇”吸引我，不僅是因?yàn)樗娜の缎�，更是因�(yàn)樗呢S富人文知識(shí)。在趣味性方面，比之書(shū)本古文的晦澀，節(jié)目中聽(tīng)學(xué)術(shù)大家的.講解更通俗易懂。當(dāng)然其趣味性還體現(xiàn)在對(duì)故事情節(jié)的生動(dòng)具體化。毋庸置疑，百家講壇這一節(jié)目開(kāi)闊了我們的視野。從劉心武關(guān)于紅樓夢(mèng)的研究中我們可以增長(zhǎng)一些關(guān)于中國(guó)文學(xué)的知識(shí)。通過(guò)易中天對(duì)三國(guó)演義的論述，我們可以更好的了解歷史。而于丹對(duì)論語(yǔ)的觀點(diǎn)解析，則有助于我們對(duì)儒家思想的認(rèn)識(shí)。

My favorite TV program
As the fast development of the technology, people can have access to all kinds of high technologies. TV is one of them, since the being of the TV, people can know more about the world and TV brings people a lot of fun. we all know, nowadays that there is a variety of television program. Usually, they are something about politics, economics, physical culture, literature and so on. Of course ,there are some programs about history. What attracted me most is “baijiajiangtan” This program is charming, not only by its interesting ways to introduce literature, but also by the amplification of knowledge and history. In aspect of the entertainment, it makes the story or the viewpoint in the book more lively. Obviously, it is more easier to understand than read the Chinese old words by ourselves. There is no doubt that it broadens our horizons. We can gain more knowledge about Chinese literature from the study of “The Red Chamber Dream” by LiuXinwu. We can know better about the history by watching this program when YiZhongtian talked something about "Romance of the Three Kingdoms". But for YuDan’s opinion of the confucian analects, we can have a better understangding of Confucianism.

When I was about 10 years old, my older sister gave me a present. It was my first real grown-up bicycle: a three-speed, yellow and black, shiny and new. I still remember how excited I was. That bicycle was very important to me over the next few years. If I wanted to give a gift that would contribute to a child’s development, I would choose a bicycle.
Bikes are great exercise. They encourage outdoor play. Television and video games, which are the most popular children’s activities nowadays, involve mostly sitting and starting. Riding a bike makes exercise fun.
Bikes are convenient transportation, too. Without a bike you have to depend on an adult to drive you almost everywhere. With a bike you can go farther. You can ride to your friend’s bouses. If your school is close enough, you can take yourself to school. You have control over where you go, and you’re not always waiting or begging for a ride. Now you can say “Can I go ……?” instead of “Please take me!”
To me as a child, a bicycle meant independence. Not only could I could I go farther, but no one was watching where I went. The road went past the park, the pond, the woods, the 7-11 store, and more. I saw the network of little neighborhood roads from a different viewpoint. I could stop anywhere and look at whatever I wanted. Everything was my choice. Bike riding was active, not passive.
My bicycle gave me fun exercise, easy transportation, and freedom. For all these reasons, I think that a bicycle is a special present for a child.
